Can I just say something about this moment that doesn’t involve shipping?
This moment didn’t make me think “Oh, I ship it!” (Though I”m certainly not against it.) This moment made me think of Cassie, and just how sweet and fun she is. We haven’t gotten to see much of her, but it’s little moments like these that I love. They’ve just taken down the bad guy, she’s happy they succeeded, Roy makes a joke about getting a reward she decides to be playfu, funny,l and friendly/flirty. She’s just so upbeat and positive, this little moment made me fall in love with her.

DC has had some really sweet teen couples over the years. <3
You know what’s interesting about these four pairings? DC’s played mix-and-match with all of them in the reboot. Roy and Kory are currently together, and it looks like Tim and Cassie will be going that route as well.
And Steph and Donna are just expendable, of course. /sarcasm
… Darn it, this was supposed to be a cute, lighthearted photoset, and now I’ve drifted into rant territory. :-/
But! Yes! Cute teen couples! There’s something very special about a first love (or young love) story, I think. Even if they eventually grow out of each other and move on, they’ll always have a very special place in each others hearts.

This is a poignant example of why I’m continually clueless as to why they hooked up Roy and Jason as besties. It’s a slap in the face for all Fab 5 fans, that for sure. (Which was probably Didio’s intent. We know how much he hates the original Titans/New Teen Titans and pretty much all of the Legacy characters.)
